Not Quitting...

After this weekend I am not quitting.
I feel totally rejuvenated after spending time in St. George in the beautiful weather with all of my family.
I love my family!
I got to do a ton of things there.
#1. I ran the St. George half marathon and beat my best, which is always my goal.
I like competing against myself.
Brittany (my cousin), Me, Lindsey

The supporters.

#2. I got to spend one night with my girlfriends, Lindsey and Anna.
Lindseys mom has a condo down there and she ran the half too.

Me, Lindsey, Anna
We slept very comfortably that night, believe it or not.

#3. I got to spend time with all of my cousins and hear my Lyndy sing!
#4. Went to lunch with a bunch of family.
#5. Had a dutch oven BBQ.
#6. My Joseph and LeAnn Terry family had family pictures.
#7. I got to meet my mom's boyfriend and now fiance.
(he was actually in a few of the photos)
I'll share them when I get them.
#8. I got to take my sister to the Las Vegas airport cuz she is moving to Brazil to get married.

The Airport Crew.

#9. I got to spend time with my Leishman family.
#10. Got a haircut.
#111. I got to relax with my kids, help my mom, and just be in St. G- My home!

Don't Quit

This was in the staff office at my work this morning.

Don't Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debt is high,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with twists and turns,
As everyone of us sometimes learns,
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pase seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far.
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit,
It's when things seems worst, that you must not quit.

facebook

President Uchtdorf talk from conference is amazing. I just re-read it.
He says, "it is good advice to slow down a little, steady the course, and focus on essentials when experiencing adverse conditions".
I have decided to delete my Facebook so I can focus on my kids. I need to follow president uchtdorf counsel and simplify. Just wanted to share.

Twenty-EleLven

New Year's Eve began with enjoying the fruits from Christmas...
The boys and I are loving playing the Wii together. I think it is such a great interactive play system for families.
Then we went to the Provo mall for the festivities.
Balloon making.
Joey is always making these silly faces. He took over twenty pictures this night of close up silly shots of his face. I love this kid!
Joey and Momma

They got to make sugar viles too.
The boys made these hats and then said "here, hold this mom". So I wore it.
David and I watching the fireworks.

J.O.E.Y.

The dad and the mom.
I am so grateful to be a mother! Love these boys!!!
And as Joey says, Welcome twenty-"elelven"!
